Diet Comment
I keep thinking I'm going to gain but I keep losing weight. I'm beginning to think Monday's weight gain was an aberration. Anyway, this is a nice low weight, and it's below the average of the last week, since I got back from my winter travels. So, good!

10:30pm: BAS (Big-ass salad) - Super Greens, cabbage, chicken breast, mixed nuts, shaved parmesan cheese, balsamic vinaigrette.
