Diet Comment
I don't know why I'm losing weight, and I'm beginning to think there's something wrong - my weigh-ins keep defying my expectations. I'm not doing anything special or different to lose weight.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:40pm: Lox (smoked salmon), eggs, onions and goat cheese.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:30pm: Salmon burger with pesto sauce and sweet potato with EVOO and Everything seasoning

Snack
12:30am: Mixed nuts, spicy pork rinds and cottage cheese.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 42+ oz.;
