Diet Comment
No surprise, after my first three-meal day in many, many months. Not only did I violate my usual intermittent fasting guidelines by eating my meals over a 12-hour instead of 8-hour window, but it included a lot of cheese (high calories) and a deficit of vegetables. I will fix this tomorrow.

Dinner
10:15pm: A Big-ass salad (Super Greens, chicken breast, cabbage, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese, creamy balsamic dressing).
Snack
11:45pm: Keto coconut clusters (with pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and dark chocolate). Yeah, I finished the bag.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
