Daily Comment
I went to a restaurant today.

Wonderful friend Deborah called me up to ask if I could come out, where to go, and I had a friend playing at a place I knew - she picked me up, we went.

My friend was playing, and, although all seats were supposed to be reserved (social distancing), we managed to snag a table.

Once you got to the table, you could unmask. 

I realize now that I let down my guard - this is as unsafe a situation as I've been in since the pandemic started.

i hope my luck holds.

I'm grateful for my friends and hopeful for the future (still). Also, today I voted.


Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    
202.7 lbs.
Previous Weight (10/8/20):         202.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.7 lbs.

Diet Comment
No change is better than I expected after all the Wholesome Medley - a high-calorie mix of nuts, dried fruit and dark chocolate - I ate non-stop beginning in the afternoon. Although I slept better, which may have everything to do with not gaining weight, the sleep bar is pretty low, and better is still a distance from good quality and quantity of sleep.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:20pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter, and a little 'Wholesome Medley' (almonds, cashews, peanuts, dark chocolate, dried cherries and cranberries).

Lunch
5:25pm: Pasta and greens (black bean penne, kale, spinach, onions, peppers, mushrooms, parmesan cheese).

Dinner
8:00pm, at Western Ranch: A Reuben (corned beef, melted cheese, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, pumpernickel bread) and cole slaw.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 78+ oz.;
