Nothing day. I had big plans to take out the garbage and do a load of laundry. I didn't even do that. I did do some trading, successfully winning my way back to profitability in my tiny daytrading/swingtrading/gambling account.

I am still feeling well, still feeling better every day.

Mostly.

Even though I never went on the stairs today, my knees are acting up. I can't wait to get new ones, probably twelve to eighteen months out now.

I also spoke with my friend Anthony, who I met in Cuenca. He shares investment ideas with me. He is such an amazing guy. Very honorable, very compassionate. He is the most likable Trump supporter I've met, and the one who convinced me that all his supporters aren't total assholes. Looking at what he does, it's impossible for me to understand his politics. I don't try.

So, a lazy day with lots of portfolio work and even more TV.

I'm grateful for my friends, and all my resources - spiritual, community, financial, physical - I take none of it for granted.
