I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    
202.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (10/6/20):         202.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.8 lbs.

Diet Comment
I had a pretty good weekend, overall - it was actually Friday's eating that added weight, most of which I dropped, leaving just a little bit more to drop to get even.

Food Log
Breakfast
12:50pm: Sautéed greens with onions, mushrooms, eggs and shaved parmesan cheese.

Lunch
5:25pm: Carrots with homemade mayonnaise. And some of my 'Wholesome Medley' (almonds, cashews, peanuts, dark chocolate, dried cherries and cranberries). 

Dinner
8:45pm: A Quest bar and some peanut butter, and more carrots with homemade mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
