Breakfast
2:00pm: Carrots and home-made mayonnaise; nuts, chocolate and peanut butter.

Lunch
5:35pm, from Sahota Palace Indian Restaurant: Onion kulcha (onion bread) and chicken tikka saagwalla (tandoori chicken in a spinach sauce).

Dinner
11:45pm; Peanut butter and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
