5:35pm, from Sahota Palace Indian Restaurant: Onion kulcha (onion bread) and chicken tikka saagwalla (tandoori chicken in a spinach sauce).
Dinner
11:45pm; Peanut butter and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
