I've basically been at one weight all week, for the first time ever. So, there's that.l.

Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
9:40pm: Turkey salad (roasted turkey, shaved parmesan, walnuts, chia and hemp seeds, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
12:35am, at B'ville Diner: B'ville fretta (eggs, potatoes, onions, peppers, sausage, pepperoni, ham and swiss cheese).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 18 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.; a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey and two bottles of Corona Extra.
