This is my fourth  day at the same weight, which means... very little to me.

Food Log
Breakfast
5:35pm: Brussel sprouts with chia and hemp seeds, scrambled eggs and shaved parmesan cheese.

Lunch
9:50pm, at the Listening room: Turkey pannini (smoked turkey, sharp cheddar, thinly sliced pear, garlic mayo and fresh spinach on Pasta's stretch bread).

Dinner
1:00am A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.; a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
