Diet Comment
This is good. Successfully managed my weekend eating, mainly by not going out to bars.

Breakfast
5:25pm:
Scrambled eggs with onions, peppers and bacon on a bed of riced cauliflower. Not shown: A Quest bar.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
1:15am:  Salad (cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese, balsamic vinaigrette) and a Quest Bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 15 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.; and two glasses of Jameson's Irish whiskey and a bottle of Stella Artois beer.
