Food and Diet

Food Log
Breakfast
6:15pm: Kale, spinach and salmon omelet (eggs, kale, spinach, onions, salmon, goat cheese).

Lunch
9:50pm: A Quest bar, some almonds and 2 oz. 90% dark chocolate.

Dinner
1:30am: Chopped salad (chard, kale, red cabbage, spinach, Buffalo chicken breast (cold, sliced) and walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese and balsamic vinaigrette) and a bag of pork rinds.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.; plus 2 shots Jameson's Irish whiskey
