Today's Weight: 206.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/22/17): 202.3 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain: + 4.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
This is a very large weight gain for three days of feasting and drinking. And I feasted and drunk, big time. I only had one 'good' day - Sunday, and it didn't make much of a dent. There's nothing to do now but buckle down. In this respect, today was a good day.

Breakfast
5:40pm: Green-purple protein smoothie with coconut-almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, blueberries, cherries, strawberries, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, celery, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
11:45pm: A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
