Once again, late night carrots and mayonnaise stall out my weight loss - I don't think the big Crunch bar helped at all. Well, if at all possible (and it is), I intend to be good this weekend...

6:05pm: A Quest bar.

Dinner
11:30pm:  Grass-fed beef hamburger with guacamole and fresh salsa, a salad with spinach, kale, chard, feta cheese, cabbage, chia seeds and balsamic vinaigrette, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 80+ oz.
