Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Snack
Hard-boiled eggs and home-made mayonnaise.

Dinner
Italian-style chicken sausage (with peppers and onions) and whole seed Dijon mustard with a Spring Mix, cole slaw mix, red bean and balsamic vinaigrette salad.

Snack
Cole slaw.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  32 oz.   Water:  80+ oz.
