Diet Comment
My calorie-heavy evening seems to have done some damage. I will try not to repeat that error.
Lunch
8:15pm: Keto prebiotic nut and seed mix and 72% dark chocolate.
Dinner
10:50pm: Oatmeal with walnuts.
