5:20pm, at Sahota Palace: Vegetarian plate (paneer pakora, samosa, batata wada and vegetable pakora), chicken tikka sagwaala (chicken breast in mild spinach curry), rice pilaf.

11:10pm: The take-home from Sahota Palace.
