Not what I wanted, but it is what it is. Probably a result of my high-sodium, high-calorie dinner last night.

3:30pm: Greens and cheese omelet (3 eggs, spinach, kale, mushrooms, onions, peppers, Mixed Italian grated cheese) with salsa, toasted Flax sprouted grains bread and butter, salad (arugula, beets, cabbage, chard, chick peas, kale, spinach, creamy balsamic dressing).
