Daily Comment
I am a sound sleeper, at least when I am actually sleeping.
But I don't sleep for long. I wake up to pee and only occasionally fall back asleep right away. Sometimes I sleep for four hours and then get another couple of hours' after some hours of wakefulness.
Today, after getting about five hours of sleep overnight, I slept the day away - at least another eight hours.
And J looked in on me and had to get a closer look to reassure himself I wasn't dead.
It's a good thing, and I'm grateful for it.
