I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    206.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/30/20):         204.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 2.1 lbs.
Diet Comment
I seem to be a little stuck. I hope it's not the peanut butter, which I've been eating a lot of for the last month or so, if only because I have a lot of it - the good expensive stuff, too - on hand. If my weight isn't down tomorrow, I'm going to have to jettison it, and take the loss, because I love it too much and am not someone whose self-discipline successfully stands up to temptation.
Food Log
Breakfast
5:40pm
Black bean penne pasta with eggs, cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, and peppers. Not shown: homemade coleslaw.
Lunch
11:05pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter, carrots and homemade mayonnaise.

Dinner
1:40am: Salmon salad (salmon, walnuts, homemade mayonnaise, arugula, chard, kale, and spinach). More peanut butter.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 84+ oz.;
