6:40pm: Pepperoni, cottage cheese, a Quest bar, and two ounces of sugar-free chocolate.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
1:30am: Scrambled eggs (three) with prosciutto, a bag of pork rinds, two slices of Ezekiel sprouted-grain toast, buttered, and a large, uncounted amount of sugar-free dark chocolate.
Liquid Intake
