Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.0 lbs.

  Diet Comment
This is my actual weigh-in weight, and I think it's funny that it is still the same as yesterday's made-up weight. I mentioned yesterday that I thought my weight was actually up a little, so, in my mind, this represents a nice loss, and a loss over the week. Good for me! I guess.  

Food Log
Breakfast
5:30pm: Purple-green protein smoothie with coconut-almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, celery, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, fo ti, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
1:30am: Cottage cheese, walnuts, a Quest bar, and four ounces of sugar-free dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.; and quite a bit of Jameson's Irish whiskey from the Jameson's whiskey girl at tonight's gig:

  1. so- Katie, mike, danny, Brittany and I are all on your diet. Danny and brit started 2 weeks ago and he is already down 9 pounds. Here we go!! I am feeling good after an omelet and some guac with cucumber.

    1. Wow! What is 'my' diet? To me, it is just protein and non-starchy vegetables, no liquid dairy (so, cheese is good). These days, I go off the rails pretty often, and then stick to the plan to recover.
