Today's Weight:                      202.8 lbs.

Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.0 lbs.

  Diet Comment
This is not my actual weigh-in weight, because I didn't weigh in today - I was rushed to leave the house almost immediately after I woke up (early) and didn't get a chance to do it (it was too early, anyway, less than eight hours after my last food... all right, also, in my rush, I forgot about it). If I had to guess, I'd say I weighed more than that, but we'll never know. Anyway, I have plans for tomorrow to be lighter.  

Food Log
Breakfast
5:30pm: Bacon and eggs and a salad (Spring Mix and spinach, cabbage, walnuts, shaved parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette), and an ounce of sugar-free chocolate.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
1:30am: Pepperoni, cottage cheese, a Quest bar, and an ounce of sugar-free chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 16 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 78+ oz.;
