Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      202.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/19/18):           203.7 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.9 lbs.

I had a perfectly on-plan day, and was rewarded accordingly.  

Food Log
Breakfast
5:00pm, at CoreLife Eatery:
Tuna poke salad with: Kale, cabbage, spinach, cucumber, carrots, scallions, ginger, edamame, avocado, tuna poke, sesame seeds, walnuts and miso-sesame dressing.. Not shown: 2 scoops of Gannon's 'Charlie Brown' chocolate and peanut butter swirl ice cream from Bliss Ice Cream, next door.
Lunch
8:30pm: A Quest bar.

Dinner
1:20am: Brussel sprouts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, prosciutto, walnuts and shaved parmesan. Then I kinda spoiled everything by eating a bunch of sugar-free dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
