Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      200.9 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/1/18):            203.3 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 2.4 lbs.

  Diet Comment
I had an off-weekend. So many things didn't go as planned, which was okay except when it came to the eating. I ate a lot of junk, and had an extra drink or two. Every night. So... I totally got away with it - it was like some of the cheat days when I was initially losing the weight (I've been in maintenance mode for almost eight years), when I would eat outrageous amounts of bad-for-me food and still lose weight. So, that.  

Food Log
Breakfast
6:00pm: Bacon and eggs with a salad (Spring Mix, red cabbage, balsamic vinaigrette).

Lunch
10:10pm: A Quest bar.

Dinner
12:30am: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
