Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      202.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/26/18):           203.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.6 lbs.

  Diet Comment
I lost a little - but really, it's all noise until a trend emerges.  

Food Log
Breakfast
5:00pm, at CoreLife Eatery:
Tuna poke salad with: Kale, cabbage, spinach, cucumber, carrots, scallions, ginger, edamame, avocado, tuna poke, sesame seeds and miso-sesame dressing.
Lunch
8:20pm: Dubliner cheese, a handful of almonds, and two ounces of sugar-free dark chocolate.

Dinner
1:30am: Brussel sprouts with parmesan and prosciutto; two hard-boiled eggs; a Quest bar, and two ounces of sugar-free dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 86+ oz.; and two shots of Jameson's Irish whiskey
