  Diet Comment
Victory! Coming out of the weekend with less weight than I went into it with is a solid win, and I wasn't sure... Just did what I could.  

Food Log
Breakfast
5:30pm: Chef salad (Spring Mix, spinach, red cabbage, Dubliner cheese, walnuts, hemp seeds, balsamic vinaigrette) and an ounce of sugar-free dark chocolate.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
12:00am, at Alto Cinco: Catfish enchiladas with steamed spinach and a salad.

Snack
1:40am: A Quest bar and two ounces of sugar-free dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.; and a healthy pour of Jameson's Irish whiskey.
