Today's Weight:                      203.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/25/18):           202.1 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       + 1.3 lbs.

  Diet Comment
Well, my victory was short-lived, thanks to a wonderful evening after which I and my bandmates and the radio host and production team went to a nearby Mexican restaurant at my suggestion, as it is a favorite I rarely go to since it has almost nothing on-plan. So, I ate off-plan and paid the price. Also, had the munchies when I got home, that certainly didn't help.  

Food Log
Breakfast
6:30pm: Cottage cheese, walnuts, pepperoni.

Lunch
9:00pm: A Quest bar.

Dinner
1:00am: A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 62+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
