Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.0 lbs.

  Diet Comment
No change is better than I deserve - I ate a lot of chocolate at the end of the day. Even though it was sugar-free, that was excessive, maybe obsessive. But it was good. And, if it didn't help me, at least it didn't hurt me.  

Food Log
Breakfast
7:15pm: 
Kale and spinach omelette with onions, peppers and parmesan cheese; with sriracha and bacon.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
12:20am: Dubliner cheese, walnuts and sriracha chicken breast.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
