Daily Comment
Like the hurricane that chased me out of Florida, I have lost strength over the last few days.

Since completing my twenty-four hours of driving (accomplished last Thursday and Friday), and my day-long commitment as house bass on Saturday, I have been losing energy. I tried to prop myself up with a lot of playing Sunday night, but didn't gain any energy from it, as is typically the case.

And, i am Fool is in the doldrums, as we haven't found a way to be in the same place at the same time. It has been three weeks since we last played together, and various members' schedules are apparently keeping us from playing again for at least another two weeks.

I have some other projects in the works, but none inspire me the way playing with i am Fool does. Sigh.

I am tired, but still in the game. I went out to sign up to play tonight, but lost my desire after waiting around for setup. I went home, did some bookkeeping, and watched tv and made dinner...

It's easy to believe that my lethargy is in direct proportion to the amount of TV I watch, and tonight, I watched more than I can remember in a long time.

I have no gigs booked in the future - that weighs heavily on me.

I can't wait to see what this change becomes for me...

When every negative seems to generate a compensating positive, it seems to be a matter of enduring, of continuing to show up, and let things work themselves out.

Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                      205.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (10/10):             205.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     -   0.4 lbs.

Diet Comment
My second consecutive on-plan day, and the loss begins. So far, so good. Actually, I was just hoping after the huge snack-style dinner, replete with cheese and pork rinds (high in salt), wouldn't undo the good. Macronutrients won the day, though.


Food Log
Breakfast
4:35pm:  Green protein shake with almond-coconut milk, kefir, extra-large organic egg, chia gel, kale, whey powder (36g protein), hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, celery, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon, coconut oil and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
6:15pm:  A Quest bar and cottage cheese.

Dinner 
12:30am: Chopped salad: London broil, feta cheese, kale, spinach, chard, cabbage, balsamic vinaigrette. Toasted Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread and butter and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 80+ oz.
