But that's the future, and the future is never known. I may change my mind, or my circumstances may change (make that 'will change'), and that birth date may be remarkable for some other reason.
I may decide to stop earlier or later, I may learn something, that changes my mind about my retirement. I may decide that I love my life too much to make a change. Because I don't believe having something specific and different in mind for the future doesn't mean I can read the future better than if I didn't.
It's fun, but writing this Daily Comment is actually the only thing that this demi-anniversary affects right here and right now.

Breakfast
A cocoa-hemp-kale protein shake (almond-coconut milk, kefir, kale, large organic egg, whey powder (24g protein), hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, chia gel, celery, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.
Wild-caught salmon salad (salmon, homemade mayonnaise, celery) and a salad (baby kale, baby spinach, chard, black beans, cole slaw mix and balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner
Cobb salad: Avocado, grilled chicken, hard-boiled egg, bacon, blue cheese, olives, onions, tomatoes, assorted lettuce and blue cheese dressing. |
Liquid Intake
Coffee: 0 oz. Water: 128+ oz.
