Diet Comment
Last night's late carb-fest may have temporarily reversed my loss, and I'm hoping I'll be back with today's food.


Food Log 
Breakfast
A Quest bar.

Lunch
A kale-hemp protein shake (almond-coconut milk, baby kale, large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), chia gel, whey powder (24g protein), celery, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend. Also, toasted Ezekiel 4:9 Flax bread with coconut oil.

Dinner
Pepperoni and organic provolone cheese, and a Quest Bar.

Snack
Pepperoni and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 70+ oz.

  1. My way of dealing with it is to have someone come in and clean at least once every two weeks. Better once per week. Then, you have a deadline when you have to straighten up and someone else does the nasty stuff

  2. We are long past the point where I can turn it over to someone else. However, if I ever see a horizontal surface in my apartment again, I might start that.

  3. you can always get someone in, no matter what the shape it is in. Get a one time industrial cleaner
