A surprise loss, undoubtedly due to eating less babka than the previous four days.

10:20pm: Salmon burger on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with cole slaw. Steamed broccoli with blue cheese dressing.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22oz.; Water: 57+ oz.;
