Net Loss/Gain:                    +  3.0 lbs.
Diet Comment
Three days of off-plan, high-flour, high-sugar eating. That I only gained three pounds doing it is the amazing thing. I'm serious, I was prepared for a much worse result. To celebrate, I'm going to be eating more baked goods from Breads Bakery (see photo above) until I'm out - should be two or three days. I can only assume I will gain weight during this time, but it really is a YOLO thing.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:25pm: Italian-style chicken sausage and veggie omelet (mushrooms, onions, peppers, spinach, cabbage, carrots, cheddar cheese) and brussels sprouts.
Lunch
5:40pm: Cottage cheese, mixed nuts, and (mainly) chocolate babka from Breads Bakery (see photo above).
Dinner
8:35pm: An IQ bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
