I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    197.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (10/31/19):        196.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
I expect weight gain after every meal I eat out that isn't at CoreLife, and, once again, after last night's Dinosaur BBQ Carolina sandwich plate, I wasn't disappointed - or rather, I was validated in that disappointing belief.

Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
8:35pm:
Scrambled eggs and bacon on chopped salad (arugula, chard, kale, cabbages, spinach, walnuts, Dubliner cheese, balsamic dressing).
Snack
11:00pm: Greek yogurt and almonds, and a Quest bar.

Dinner
1:35am: Pepperoni and cole slaw, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 88+ oz.;
