Almost change, but it's gratifying seeing any loss - or even just holding my own.

Breakfast
12:35pm:
Leo (lox, eggs and onions) and brussels sprouts.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
9:15pm: Chick pea rotini with chicken sausage and cottage cheese. A mixed greens salad. A Barebells protein bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
