Diet Comment
This is a really good result. I had a good weekend, enjoying myself and my food without doing damage. A loss after a weekend is pretty rare, but welcome.

Breakfast
1:10pm: Semi-eggie omelet (mushrooms, onions, peppers, kale, spinach, goat cheese and prosciutto) with sweet potatoes.

Lunch
7:05pm: A B.A.S. (Big-ass salad with chicken breast, arugula, cabbage, carrots, chard, kale, spinach, tomatoes, shaved parmesan cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette).
Dinner
11:35pm: A Quest bar and mixed nuts.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
