I slept poorly last night, after a rather extreme case of the munchies had me open and finish a whole bag of macadamia nuts before going to bed. Luckily, I had eaten lightly before that.

4:45pm: Cream cheese and walnuts on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread.
Dinner
8:15pm, at a friend's pot luck: Stuffed peppers, salad, root vegetables, butternut squash.
Snack
11:45pm: A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 40+ oz.; a glass of red wine
