Dining out inevitably means weight gain. At least I am still at a good weight and didn't gain back the weekend's loss.

10:55pm: Chicken breast on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains toast with guacamole, and a B.A.S. (Big-ass salad with arugula, cabbage, carrots, chard, kale, spinach, tomatoes, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, and creamy balsamic dressing).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 50+ oz.;
