I've been off-and-on again dealing with what sometimes seems like a light cold, or allergies, or an ear infection. It generally takes the form of a mild case of vertigo - not incapacitating, but uncomfortable. I reported a severe incident a little more than three weeks ago (May 11).
I didn't feel this today, but as I wrote this blog (on Wednesday, June 7), I am feeling it a little more intensely.
And that is the reason, unfortunately, this will be, except for the excuse above, a no-comment day.
I'm grateful for the healthy I have, even with this set-back.

Diet Comment
I was actually hoping for a little loss when I weighed in today, while at the same time feeling like there hadn't been any. Trust your feelings.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:40pm: Green and blue protein smoothie with coconut-almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, blueberries, whey powder (36g protein), hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon, turmeric, coconut oil and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
9:00pm: Cottage cheese, Dubliner cheese, and a Quest bar.
Dinner
12:05am: Salmon burger on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with guacamole, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
