My day: Back at the trading day job, won one, lost one, opened another trade; burned a CD of songs I have to learn for a recording; went to the first i am Fool rehearsal since Marsha's passing (and the last until J recovers from next week's vascular surgery); then out to the Shifty's jam where I arrived too late, to find the person I trusted to put me on the list, had forgotten, so I didn't get to play.
So it goes.
I am grateful to be this busy. In fact, I really enjoy it.
I'm never bored. I'm grateful for that, too, although I think it is mostly a matter of temperament.

Diet Comment
Thanks to my bad planning (being hungry while out playing, thus, buying dinner in a bar, where there was no possibility of eating on-plan), I forfeited the possibility of losing weight last night.
Food Log
Breakfast
4:45pm: Green and blue protein smoothie with coconut-almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, blueberries, whey powder (36g protein), hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon, turmeric, coconut oil and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
10:40pm: At Shifty's: A chicken burrito (marinated chicken, queso, rice, beans, salsa verde).
Dinner
12:50am: Pepperoni and cole slaw, and two Quest bars.
Liquid Intake
