Omelet with peppers, onion, greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds, feta cheese and bacon.
Lunch
8:10pm:  A Quest bar.  

Dinner 
11:00pm: Sliced London broil with Philippe's hot mustard, pork rinds, cole slaw and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 18 oz.;  Water: 82+ oz.
