Food and Diet



Today's Weight:                      204.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/30):              200.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     +   4.6 lbs.

Diet Comment
Three days of consistent off-plan eating, all in celebration with friends, including three restaurant meals, including plenty of desserts, and a fair amount of alcohol, and you have a sharp up-tick in weight. Today, I eat on-plan.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
7:15pm:  
Omelet with peppers, onion, greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds, parmesan cheese and pepper bacon. Not shown: Two slices of Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread.
Dinner
12:15am:  Cottage cheese, pepperoni, cole slaw and a Quest bar with almond butter.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee:  24 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.
