Food Log
Breakfast
1:55pm: Veggies and egg scramble (Kale, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, garlic, eggs) with dry toast (Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread).

Lunch
7:10pm: Asparagus and broccoli cheese dip with buffalo chicken breast. (This is a mistake - I misread the ingredients - I didn't realize the listing was for 1 of 14 (not 4) servings - it is a calorie bomb). 

Dinner
12:20am: A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
