Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    
197.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (3/4/21):          199.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 2.4 lbs.

Diet Comment
One day of lower-calorie eating (not really on purpose, I just wasn't hungry after breakfast), plus my first good workout of the year, and I lose a couple of pounds of water. Glad it's on a Friday, I won't see tomorrow's equal-or-more gain, but I don't expect the chart on Monday to look so good. 

Food Log
Breakfast
1:05pm: Scrambled eggs with shaved parmesan cheese. Also, overnight oatmeal, with red-, blue-, and raspberries, walnuts, hemp and chia seeds and kefir.

Lunch
Skipped. 

Dinner
12:10am: Cottage cheese and peanut butter and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.;
