1:40pm: Scrambled eggs with greens, mushrooms and peppers and oatmeal-plus (rolled oats, hemp seeds, peanut butter, walnuts, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, kefir, chia seeds, stevia.
Lunch
6:30pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise.
Dinner
9:40pm: Ricotta cheese and macadamia nuts - a very large portion of both.
Liquid Intake
