I guess, sooner or later, everybody has a shitty day.
That would be today for me.
It started with a bunch of work on my investments, left incomplete as I had to go to cardiac rehab.

It started with a bunch of work on my investments, left incomplete as I had to go to cardiac rehab.
Which was also kind of a drag, because my weight was up but I also skipped breakfast (a no-no, according to the rehab guidelines).
So, I was dragging on the machines, and then my workout was cut short for another horrible education film. The content of these films are important to know, but so far, I've learned nothing new.
I ordered lunch from CoreLife, and stopped at Wegman's to pick up a couple of things I missed yesterday.Then I was really tired when I got home.
I didn't feel great after eating and tried to take a nap - something I always fail at, no exception today. So, more work on the computer, then lots of TV.
