I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    
201.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/19/20):        202.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 1.6 lbs.

Diet Comment
For once, at least for once in the last four months, the biggest loss of the week happened on a Friday! I am hoping to come out of the weekend at around my 'prime' goal weight of 200 lbs.

Food Log
Breakfast
12:15pm: Sautéed greens with eggs and cheese (arugula, chard, kale, spinach, onions, peppers, eggs, parmesan cheese) and oatmeal with peanut butter and wild blueberries.

Lunch
6:00pm: Grapes, walnuts and manchego cheese.

Dinner
10:10pm: Salmon burger with guacamole, almonds and manchego cheese, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
