Back on the horse after the emotional weekend weight-gain.
Food Log
Breakfast
4:45pm: Mixed vegetables (kale, spinach, onions, peppers, corn, peas, string beans) with smoked salmon, eggs and shaved parmesan, and a Quest bar.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
1:35am: Riced cauliflower with herbs, pepperoni and cottage cheese, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 80+ oz.; and a Stella Artois beer and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
