Slowed, but not stopped. Given last night's a) late dinner, b) rice cheat and 3) alcohol consumption, I actually expected a slight gain. I am obviously resetting down to my normal range (I'm about 6 pounds over that).Diet Comment

good. I am glad it is settling back. I am feeling a little discouraged about my progress with my leg but I know I just have to keep working on it and it will work. Love you
