A Quest bar.

Lunch
At Core:
Chicken Cobb salad (shredded kale and romaine, grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, hard-cooked egg and blue cheese dressing with a little sriracha). Not shown: A cup of chicken bone broth and a Quest bar.
Dinner
Frittata with eggs, quinoa, cheese, peppers, onions, spinach, kale, chard. Also, some venison pepperoni, and a Quest bar for dessert.

Snack
A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2  Coffee:  24 oz.;  Water: 106+ oz.
